The vanilla tasted like I was drinking melted vanilla ice cream. So yummy. The chocolate was rich and creamy. Perfect. My kids were throwing elbows trying to get to the TruMoo while I was trying to take pictures.
So why is all this protein good for you? TruMoo Protein Plus is the ideal drink for fueling on the go before a tough work out. It also happens to be the perfect post-workout recovery drink – just the right amount of protein and carbohydrates to help your muscles begin the recovery process.
