Welcome to another edition of Sisterhood Shots! For February we will be focusing on losing our love handles! Take the time to love yourself this month {psst….every month this year}! Love yourself with healthy eating, at least 30mins of exercise a day, plenty of sleep and lots of water! Every one at the Sisterhood, loves you and we think you’re pretty awesome!

If you’ve not participated in a photo-a-day challenge before, this is how it works:  On or before the 1st of each month, I will create a blog post with prompts for photos each day. Use the prompts however you want to inspire your photo. You can go literal or way outside the box. Share your photo via Social Media, using the hashtag, #Sisterhoodshots It’s that simple!
