I love yoga.
I used to attend classes at the gym but then my schedule got a bit crazy and finding time to go to the gym for one hour plus drive time on either side got quite difficult for me. What’s a girl to do? This girl turned to youtube, you know, that itty bitty website with millions of videos. I did all kinds of searches, like…..
- Yoga for runners
- Yoga for hip flexibility
- Morning yoga
- Evening yoga
- Yoga for pre-run
- Yoga for post-run
- Yoga for runner’s knee
- Yoga for digestion (yes, really!)
- Yoga for strength
Seriously, you can search yoga + just about anything and something will pop up. I would find a video that matched the amount of time I had to give to that yoga session and then I would do it. Meaning, I would do the yoga video and either bookmark it for future, repeated use or *toss*.

My current favorite yoga instructors are Yoga with Adriene, Ester Ekhart and Tara Stiles– in that order. I have never paid for yoga videos as I find everything I could ever want to try on youtube.
