Hello, friends! Thanksgiving is over, and chances are, you are feeling a little stuffed. Your jeans might be a little snug, and you may be feeling a little unmotivated. It’s easy to give in to all the temptations around you during the holiday season, and to give excuses that you’ll get back on track tomorrow. Not this year, people. Not this year. We are going to take advantage of the days leading up to Christmas and get our fitness on. With our super awesome and festive O’ Fitness Tree printable, you will have no excuses.
How does it work? Print out the tree you see below and hang it up some place where you will see it every day. Put it in a spot where it will get the attention — and admiration – it deserves. For every day of intentional exercise from December 1st through December 25th, place some type of “ornament” on your tree. Stickers, stars, Sharpie… Whatever you have on hand, use. No need to go out and buy anything fancy or elaborate! The goal is to do some kind of exercise each and every day and to see your tree full of these “ornaments.”

Now you and ONLY you decide what constitutes your daily dose of exercise. You do have to put SOME thought into it in the sense that it needs to be intentional exercise. But say for example with all the holiday obligations you have going on, you only have time for a 15-minute walk vs your usual 60-minute Barre Fitness class. No matter, either one would earn a sticker. The point is is that you do SOMEthing to get some activity in. Based on past experience, once you see your tree starting to fill up with “ornaments,” chances are you will want to see your streak continue and continue from one day to the next.
