Just one more fun way to keep your mind in the healthy living game, and a great way to ‘meet’ other people with similar goals. Just search for the hashtag: #sisterhoodshots, and you’ll find everyone else who’s participating and you can follow them for more daily inspiration and motivation. In our opinion, social media can definitely make your healthy living journey less of a drag ;)
We start tomorrow, June 1st, and you can follow along with our daily prompts on the graphic above. Print it out and stick it to your fridge, save it as your lock-screen, Pin in, share it on Facebook or Instagram, whatever you need to do stay on track. Oh, and make sure you’re following the Sisterhood on Instagram and Facebook, where we’ll (try to remember to) post the daily prompts!
