I accomplished my goal of getting to the gym every weekday morning this week! Sweet! That feels pretty dang good! Happy weekend everyone!

Monday, 12/1: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.

Tuesday, 12/2: 30 minutes elliptical, 15 arc trainer, 30 minutes leg/ab weights.

Wednesday, 12/3: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.

Thursday, 12/4: 35 minutes Precor AMT, 30 minutes leg/ab weights.

Friday, 12/5: 45 minutes AMT. Burned 550 calories. LOVE it.
