Monday: 30 minutes AMT, 30 minutes arm/ab weights. Feels so good to be back at the gym again. It had been over a week that I had been missing it! The cardio was tough, usually after the first 3 or 4 minutes I get a burst of energy that lasts awhile. This did not happen today.
Tuesday: 35 minutes AMT, an hour of free weights. Oh dear Lord. I got charley horses in my legs going up the stairs to the parking lot afterwards. Way better workout than the machines. Don’t tell my husband I said that.
Wednesday: Nada. Oh so sore!!! Free weights are the way to go people!! Wowza.
Thursday: 40 minutes AMT, stretching, hour or so of free weights for arms/abs. I love that my husband pushes me way harder than I push myself. I say I’m done and he says, “Two more!” Hah!
Friday: 30 minutes AMT, stretching, free weights with Justin and Megan! She is venturing over to the free weight side with me!
