If you’re like me, you are always on the lookout for healthy, yet quick and easy , meal options. I don’t especially love to cook and can think of many, many other activities I would rather be doing! This is why I love Schwan’s food. Not only do they deliver to your door, they offer a ton of options! Here are some of my faves:

Mahi Mahi Fillets

The fillets are easy to prepare and taste great. The seasoning is delicious as well and is included in a separate package in case you would rather use your own. Per fillet: 90 calories, 0 fat, 21 grams protein!

Oven Roasted Chicken Bites

I tried these for the first time just this week. Yum! I love them! Per serving: 90 calories, 1 gram fat, 19 grams protein. I threw a little WW mozzarella cheese on top, along with sauteed onions and mushrooms. Mmmm.

Tomato Basil Margherita-Style Pizza

Of course these aren’t as good as the “real” pizza with cheesy, greasy goodness… but for a “low fat” pizza choice, they are scrumptious! 250 calories, 6 grams fat, 5 grams fiber.
