I sit here eating my Lean Cuisine dinner and huge salad with yummy homemade (low cal) dressing while my husband sits at Carl’s Jr. with the kids. Eating all kinds of BAD BAD BAD food.
I thought about going, grabbing a salad and bringing my own dressing. I even went so far as to check out the Carl’s Jr. website for nutritional information. BTW- Carl’s Jr does post “nutritional” information but there nothin’ nutritional about a Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger. I’m just sayin’….. The salads weren’t too bad if you omit the cheese, sour cream, and croutons. I know, I’m such a party pooper.
However, I SO BADLY want to fit into a smaller size of my jeans and in order to do that, I had to say “no thank you” to Carl’s Jr.
What about you? Have you said “no thank you” to anything extra “bad” this week?
