I weigh 180 pounds.
I need to lose a minimum of 25 pounds.
That seems like such a daunting task.
Especially for someone who likes food so much. And to cook.
The key for me is exercising.
I HAVE TO GET BACK IN THE GYM AND FIND MY HAPPY PLACE.
I want to get my “sexy” back, just like JT (Justin Timberlake). It’s in there somewhere.
I want to be HOT-NESS for Blogher ’09.
I want to feel good about me.
I want to be able to keep up with my kids energy-wise.
I want to be able to enjoy shopping again.
I want to have toned arms and muscles in my legs.
I want to wear a cute bathing suit this summer, not necessarily a bikini (that would be pushing the envelope).
I want my husband to think he’s got the most attractive wife around. And that she’s HOT.
