1. I went to the gym today. 2. It has been a long time since I have exercised. 3. It felt good, muscle burn good. 4. My friend Lauren and I worked out together. 5. We pushed each other to go faster, lift more, to go for just one more minute. 6. It was awesome. 7. As we were lifting weights, some of my previous weight training came flooding back and I started “educating” Lauren in the different ways to do bicep curls and what part of the bicep is being worked. 8. She was impressed. 9. I was impressed that I remembered that stuff.
10. I am excited to go to the gym again on Wednesday.
