Weigh-In Wednesday, Week 1 | The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans LLC


Are you shrinking yet?  Are you ready to be kissed?!

It’s Weigh-In Wednesday and Week 1 of our “Kiss Me, I’m Shrinking” Challenge.  This challenge is only three weeks long- it’s more of a sprint!  How are you doing?  Are you eating right?  Exercising when you can?  Have you faced any personal challenges that are attempting to sabatoge your goal?  Share with us what you will (weight last week, weight this week, loss/gain) and let the Sisters support and encourage you.

Oh wait, are you still here reading?  Yeah?  OK.  I have a mini-challenge for each and every one of you.  Let’s call it the “5 in 5″.  I want to challenge you eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetable in the next 5 of 7 days. 

What constitutes a serving?  

In general, ½ cup of vegetables, fruits and juices is a serving. One cup of leafy greens such as lettuce, and ¼ of dried fruit is a serving. For whole fruits, a small to medium piece would count as one serving. 

Do you think you are up to it?  Can you do it?  We have all heard since gradeschool how good fruits and veggies are for you, but if you are like me, you struggle every day to get those nutrients in.  I’m challenging you just as much as I am challenging myself.
