Let’s just hope it continues beyond Day One. ;o)
I did the usual gym-thing after taking the twins to school this morning. I did 30 minutes on the Precor AMT and 30 minutes on the Precor EFX for a total of 4.6 miles. Not too shabby since I was doing the hill workouts! I decided to forego the weight training today and instead did more cardio, since I knew what was coming when I got home.
I popped my 30 Day Shred DVD in and got to it. I absolutely despise the squat/weight combo. I think the chest flies and the jumping jacks were my favorite. I used 5-lb weights and maybe it was a little much, but I got through it and I will only be getting stonger, right? I have a feeling I will be feeling the burn later today!
I had Justin take my BEFORE pics when we got home from the gym this morning and I just downloaded them to my computer. I will definitely NOT be sharing them today, possibly in 30 days… we will see. I seriously wanted to barf when I looked at them. I hate being fat. Ugh.
