So the past two weeks I didnt’ post, but I did work alot and eat alot. So I’m not exactly where I want to be weight wise at the moment. I’m still under 3 bills but not near as much as I would have been if I hadn’t lost focus.
Lucky for me I’m married to a wonderful woman who has also started down the long winding road of weight loss, so today I did things her way. It worked out pretty well. It started with this 30 Day shred workout – that was interesting. Longest 20 minutes I’ve had in a long time. Easily. However, that did set the mood for the day and we got a ton of stuff done. I guess the exercising gets your brain out of couch potato mode and into “lets get something done” mode. Thats a very good thing. Beth made me a great lunch that was only 7 points. The only snack I had between lunch and dinner was a fiber one bar, so that hardly counts. For dinner Beth made an amazing Chicken/potato dish that was only about 10 points plus an awesome dessert for 4 points ( I had 2 servings!) . At night time, the hardest time of the day for me, I did OK. Not spectacular, but definitely better then the last few days. A refocus is definitely in order and I feel like today was a great start.
Maybe tomorrow I’ll log into weight watchers and try to track my points..
