- I am STILL shredding.
- I did Day 1 of Level 3 yesterday and TODAY, my body is so sore.
- That’s OK.
- IT means that I am working it out.
- I have been doing pretty good with the eating aspect of losing weight.
- BUT, around 10pm most evenings, I have this insane craving for crunchy peanut butter.
- Crunchy peanut butter is my weakness, my kryptonite.
- Is it because my body is needing the protein?
- That surely must be it.
- Or because I JUST like crunchy peanut butter?
- I also caved this weekend and had a few glasses of wine.
- My husband and I received good news but stressful news.
- And so I caved and drank red wine.
- I don’t feel particularly bad because it calmed me down, it tasted good, and you know, it’s OK to indulge once in a while.
- Right?
