Dear Body,

Why must you fail me on the day BEFORE weigh-in?  I had plans of exercising TWICE today- once with shredding and then another 30 minutes cardio.  You have been great to me during ALL the pounding from shredding- the jumping, the lunging, the planking, the squat jumping- all of it.  You have not failed once during shredding.  You have been a champ.

So why must you give out one me when I bent over to pick up my 3 year old?  Oh, my aching back muscle.  You hurt me.  You ache me.  You bring me to tears. 

I want to curl up in the fetal position and drink the pain away. 

I feel so OLD.  (I will be 37, yes THIRTY-SEVEN, years old next weekend).
