Let’s get to the results!! Here’s how it is going to work this time around:
**Write your blog post with your results, thoughts, etc. and link back to it in the comments as usual, or just write about it down below. AND THEN, we also want to know your starting weight from the beginning of the challenge (or when you joined in!), as well as your current weight, with the TOTAL PERCENTAGE LOST! Example: Starting weight – 232 Ending weight – 221 Pounds lost – 11, divided by Starting weight = 4.3% lost!
