Good morning Sisters and Brothers! How are you? Did you have a good week? We hope so. So hop to it! Drag those scales out, blow the dust off, take deep breath, and step on! Is the number getting smaller? We hope so. If it’s not, don’t fret. We all have off weeks, and just need to recenter and refocus!
Get on over to your blog and post. Post all about, and then come back here and leave us your link. What did you do differently this week? Good different and bad different. Were you super-focused or feeling a little lackadaisical? Identifying your feelings and journaling them is so very helpful. That’s part of the reason we encourage you to blog all about your shrinking journey. It not only helps YOU, but it helps others who might be feeling the same was as you realize THEY are not alone.
We are 3 weeks away from the end of this challenge! THREE WEEKS! Wow. How is your team doing? Are you keeping each other away from the nachos? We hope so!
Team Sage is in the lead for the challenge with 2.25% of their weight gone forever!! Way to go team SAGE! Teams Navy and Orange round out the top three, losing 2.08% and 1.97%, respectively. You can check out last week’s Leaderboard here! It’s still anyone’s game though, so don’t give up or give in!
