Oh GAWD.  Do I have to be truthful?  Because what I see is not very pretty.   I see my over-sized muffin top, squishy thighs and those wonderful child-bearing hips.   I see a “construction zone”, a work in progress, if you will.

2) What exercise do you take? What’s your current level of fitness?

Does getting up from my computer to get a snack count as exercise?  Or lifting my baby in and out his crib?  I would have to say that my current level of fitness is low.  In the past 1.5 weeks, I have started exercising every other day in anticipation of this challenge. 

3) How do you relax?

Drinking wine (gosh, I hope I’m not the only spilling my guts), reading blogs, reading a good book, nighttime snacking

4) Do you watch your weight?

Yeah, I watch it but it’s not moving in the right direction these last few weeks!

5) What’s your favorite body part?

my arms, they are the last place I gain weight and I find it very easy to tone them up once I set my mind to it

6) What’s your least favorite body part?

everything else, but to be specific- my stomach, my hips and my thighs.  You know, the midsection of my body.  Answering these questions isn’t very fun – boo!

7) What’s your favorite way to workout?

to good music, something that combines cardio with stregth.  I love going to a good class at the gym but my gym days have been numbered lately due to the logistical nightmare of getting the kids there with me, at the right time for them.

Its time to work out, we’re most likely to find you decked out in?

elastic shorts (I love my elastic, ha ha!), two sports bras (gotta double bag the “girls”) and a tank top

9) You’re due to workout, but it’s pouring rain. What do you do?

make some coffee and watch TV pop in an exercise DVD or use my Wii

10) What’s the one item you wouldn’t be without when working out?

my undies my heart rate monitor I need to find that bad boy

11) What do you hope to get from the 30 Day Challenge?

a good, varied workout day after day after day; inspiration/support/encouragement from others

12) What are you apprehensive about going in?

that I will get bored or that it won’t be enough of a workout who am I kidding?

13) How will you reward yourself after the challenge?

I have not really given this any thought.  Maybe a pedicure?  A cute top?  A girls weekend away?!  Who wants to come?
