This past week, I stayed on track with the EA 30 Day Challenge and I halfway counted my Weight Watchers points. By halfway, I mean that I wrote most every thing down that I ate and I estimated the points for what I was eating, but I did not enter it onto WW online. I did cheat Saturday night and eat inhale a basket of chips at the local Mexican restaurant. But for the most part, I think I did pretty well.
I have refrained from drinking alcohol since the beginning of this challenge and that’s saying a lot but I’m not a lush, really.
Last night, I watched The Biggest Loser and can I just say that I LOVE THIS SHOW? Tears and all. There is always one or two folks that are so inspirational, right from the get go. For me, it was Abby, the woman who had her entire family wiped out in one car accident (husband and two children). Can we say boo-hoo fest over here? She said she doesn’t have anyone to lose the weight for, she is losing it for herself.
You go on with your bad self, Abby.
I may not being losing weight as fast as the contestants on The Biggest Loser, BUT I am losing- one pound at a time.
