Hey guys! It’s your favorite day of the week, you know, the one where you get to step on your scale and weigh yourself.
Anyone else weigh themselves first thing in the morning naked or almost naked? Am I alone in this thought process, truly believing that my clothes add ALL the extra weight?!
For those of you participating in the EA 30 Day Challenge, this past Monday should have been your last workout if you have been keeping up. If you missed a day here or there, then you should be finishing up this week sometime.
What did ya’ll think? I thought it was a good workout and if I never see a squat hold again, then I will be one happy camper. Ditto on the inline skating. And Jumping Lunges. I do have to say that I have legs of steel now. Of course, I need to lose some more weight so that YOU CAN SEE those muscles, ha ha.
We’ll be starting our next exercise challenge next Monday, October 5th. Our next exercise challenge is to train to run a 5K- a lot of us are doing the new EA 5K Challenge, a few of us are following the Couch 2 5K program. You choose what works for you.
Don’t think that just because there are a few days before we start that you have a FREE pass NOT to exercise. Keep going, keep moving.
So are you shrinking, losing weight, collecting canned goods to give to a local charity? Lose for Good-Shrink for Good. It’s an awesome cause. Lose weight for yourself, give food to others. It doesn’t get much better than that.
