Our latest exercise challenge started on Monday! We are training for a 5K run. Several of us are doing the new EAS 5K Challenge, a few of us are following the Couch 2 5K program. You choose what works for you. Several of us are planning on running a race on the weekend of November 7th.
Did you know that Sunday, November 8th is World Run Day? Won’t you join us in a run?
