If you read my confessions this week, I should have gained.
So I’m pretty happy that I lost .4 this week, which lands me at 167.3. I’ll take it. Especially since I ate WAY too much salt this week. But, I drank a ton of water last night, which I’m pretty sure helped (didn’t help my sleep though – holy bathroom trips Batman!).
I’d love to write more, but I’ve got a super cranky kid. I’m going to throw him in his stroller and go for my run. Hopefully the fresh air will lead to a stellar nap.
