Shrinkaversery Wrap Up – The Shrinking Jeans of Thea

I almost forgot to step on the scale this morning.  I literally had my foot headed into the shower when I remembered, which made it kind of funny when I just pivoted on my other foot and headed for the scale instead.

I may or may not have fallen into the wall because I have all the grace of a rhinoceros.

Crazy morning antics aside, I am happy to report that I maintained this week.

Which leads me to believe that  my body is trying to tell me something.  I went back and looked at my weight chart for the year (side note: do you have a weight chart? No? why not? They’re awesome) and found something quite interesting.

In 52 weeks, my weight has been at or below my WW goal of 157 for a whopping 34 weeks.

I think I can safely say that while I’m not at my personal goal weight of 153 (which is a completely arbitrary number), I have found my healthy weight range.

So….I am going to throw it out there that I am officially done trying to lose weight.  From now on, my challenge goals will be to stay in my healthy weight range, which, according to my trusty chart is somewhere between 153-157 pounds.
