Oh holy hell. I am up 5 fricking pounds this week. FIVE em’effing pounds.
I logged just a little over 4 miles in the past week, but over FIVE hours of fitness activities (racquetball & EAS) during the time, too!
Want to see my racquetball-induced injuries? Here ya go! My hubby took me down with a ball to the back and my feet? OUCH.
So, yeah… not really a good week, I guess. I always gain a lot of weight when I work out a lot, but hell, this is getting old. I am going to need to really, REALLY watch my calories.
