Here is my homework for this Thursday’s Three!
Write down 3 goals you have for yourself for this challenge.

  • I will start tracking my Weight Watchers Points online.
  • I will drink at least 100 ounces of water each day.
  • I will exercise at least 5x a week, including EA SPORTS Active More Workouts and running.

Track your goals.

  • For tracking, I will be using Weight Watchers online for my eating and the Daily Mile for my exercise!
  • I’m also planning to photograph some or all of my meals and post them here for ALL to see! (this will start when I get home from my family vaca on Sunday!)

Come up with a NON-FOOD reward for yourself when you hit your challenge goals.

  • My non-food reward will be a brand new lens for my camera! I’ve been eyeing the 35mm f/1.8 lens for some time, and I can’t think of a better reward!
