Very slowly. Drinking more water.. trying to not eat everything on my plate.. trying to not eat so much at night. Hopefully they will end up as actual habits as opposed to short-term “i’m on a diet” temporary changes.
One area i have not even started to improve is my exercise.. i do walk about 5-7 miles a week during my commute to work and class. But thats about it. I have lots of workout things that I could be doing but just haven’t started. But tomorrow that all changes. When I get up in the morning I will do something or another. Our Wii is currently out of commission so maybe I’ll try the Bob Greene thing. I’ll let you know how it goes
