TRUE CONFESSIONS OF MELISSA
*I consumed several beers when Erin came to stay at my house Friday night! BUT, we did burn lots of calories while playing Just Dance for Wii. We even put on sweatbands for the occasion. So fun.
*I have been cooking more than ever! I’ve been whipping up meal kits from The Healthy Pantry for supper here and there, and also been making a lot of the recipes from my Taste of Home Comfort Food Diet cookbook! I even made the Parmesan Tomatoes that Lisa posted on Sunday –and I don’t even like tomatoes!
*I am still mindlessly snacking. I really need to knock that crap off.
*I could be exercising more, but I did get a trip to the gym in, and a few home workouts. My outlook is that I am going to be getting an overload of exercise when our training for the 1/2 marathon begins on the 30th and I don’t want to burn myself out right away!
*Speaking of the 1/2 marathon, we are coming up with all kinds of fun ideas! Want to join us? It’s not too late!
