I think I had a really good week. I drank no coffee at all with no real side effects (that I noticed). I drank one can of diet coke a day at lunch and drank water otherwise. I bought a 32oz water bottle for work and filled it up 2 times during work and tried to get a third one in at home at night. Overall I feel like I’m eating much healthier then in previous weeks. I weighed in down 1lb on wednesday, so I’m basically back to where I started at the beginning of the year.
I mentioned a post or two ago that I went to Dr. because of my terrible sinus infection – it was the first time I had been there since November of 2008. (Before we started Shrinking jeans). When I was there a few weeks ago, they were very excited about me “only” weighing 302, because it was 33 lbs less then I weighed when I was there in 11/08. So that was kind of neat, actually getting positive feedback at the Dr.
So per our Project Monday instructions, I tried something brand new this week. Its a little a device called the Gruve. The people at Muve were nice enough to send us a Gruve device to check out. I am working on a separate post on the Gruve to explain how it works and why I’m pretty excited about it.
