Hello lovely Sisters (and Brothers – we know you’re out there!)! Guess what today is? It’s the day before our Wednesday weigh-in and that can only mean one thing: Last Chance Tworkout!
The lovely (and sometimes mean) April has put together a fantastic tworkout for you, so be sure to tune in to the Biggest Loser tonight and log on to Twitter at 8 p.m. Central time to join in the torture fun! Be sure you’re following @shrinkingjeans. Invite all of your friends too! They’ll thank you for it. Trust.

First things first, grab your water bottle and fill it up! Take a few swigs now, and do the following exercises during the commercial breaks. Watch for April to give you the cues, and be sure to tweet about how much you love it.
- 3 mins (or during the entire break) running in place (I want those knees high!)
- 40 squats (you know you love them!)
- As many crunches as you can do
- 3 mins (or during the entire break) buttkicks
- As many push-ups as you can do. (Any style)
- 3 mins (or during the entire break) alternating lunges
- 60 second squat hold
Be warned that April is going to throw in some extra special stuff for those of you following along on Twitter, so don’t say we didn’t warn you. Bwahahahahahahahaha!
