The first week of the Spring Fling Challenge has flown by! It’s time to see if all our hard work is paying off. Are you enjoying getting to know your teams? The ‘hood has been bustling with activity this week! Wow! We are up to FIFTEEN teams so far! I love seeing all the creative names you have come up with! If you’re late to the game and want to join the team effort, email Lisa and she will get you all set up! Even if you are not looking to lose weight, we have a non-weight loss team, too! Everyone is welcome, you don’t even have to be female!
Have you been getting your Shred on with Crooked Eyebrow and the other shredders? If so, you are probably a little sore. But it’s a GOOD sore, right? Did you see the Monday Project? That’s right! We’re not just about shrinking, we are all about changing habits and reflecting on what has been, what is, and what will be.
What’s next? It’s time to get down to the dirty business. Go! Step on your scale. Blog about it, your week, whatever else you feel like, and come back to this post and leave your permalink below. (If you don’t blog, leave in the comments!) Email your weight to your Team Leader. You have chosen a Team Leader by now, right?
Team Leaders: You will gather all the weights from your teammates and email them to Christy, no later than 9pm Central time. This will enable us to get our numbers calculated and the Team Leaderboard finished for the great unveil on Thursday!
