It’s Tuesday, and that means tonight, during the Biggest Loser – or your Tuesday evening program of choice – the Sisterhood will be tweeting a last chance tworkout via Twitter!
April tweets starting at 8 p.m. CST, and Heather tweets during the West Coast showing of the Biggest Loser – starting at 8 p.m. PST. To join in, make sure you follow us @shrinkingjeans. We bark out exercises over the interweb, and you do them. Simple! And please, if you’re following along, let us know you’re there! We like feedback, not crickets (Bueller? Bueller?).

Oh, you don’t have Twitter? NO WORRIES. Here’s the line-up for tonight, you can easily find a few minutes to squeeze in this workout. So as Jillian would say, ‘Don’t phone it in!’
1) Jump rope without a jump rope entire break (or 3 minutes if you’re not watching TV.) 2) Wall Sit entire break (or 3 minutes!) 3) Crunches – 30 regular & 20 reverse 4) Lunges through entire break (yep, you guessed it 3 minutes.) 5) Push-ups, any style, as many as you can do 6) Stride Jumps through entire break (THREE.MINUTES!)
7) Airplane – lay flat on stomach – arms straight out to side, legs straight out behind out. Then lift up head, arms and legs, balancing on your tummy, and hold as long as you can. (Some people also call this Superman!)
