For those of you that aren’t playing along on twitter, WHY AREN’T YOU?! Seriously. Okay, okay, I get it that some of you may not be able to follow along. So, here’s tonight’s tworkout out for you to do on your own. I know you will. :o)
1. Run in place for 2 mins, jumping jacks for 1min30 sec 2. Squat holds, 1 min, while holding weights. 3. 50 bicep curls, alternate lifting your knees. 4. Wide stance push-ups, as many as you can do. 5. Circle run, clock-wise 30 seconds, counter clock wise 30 seconds 6. Reverse crunches, as many as you can do.
7. Stretch!
