Okay, I won’t beat around the bush – I had no motivation during this challenge.
Things have been emotionally, physically and mentally draining over the past few weeks. I have managed to keep up with my 1/2 marathon training. But everything else? Out the window.
Eating? Yeah, did lots of that.
Drinking my water? Ummmm. Next question…
Resistance training twice weekly? I can’t even seem to remember where my gym is located…
No late night snacking? Errrr. Yeah. Considering some nights we didn’t eat DINNER till after 9 pm, you can see where that goal went.
My weight, it’s up. Well, I actually maintained over the course of this challenge, but it was up from the end of last challenge. I am officially ‘overweight’ again, according to the damn Wii Fit.
So, with that, I’m going to flush out the negativity and focus on the next challenge.
