How did you guys do with the last mini- challenge? Go ahead, tell the truth. I will say that for me, it was easier to get my five servings of fruits and veggies at the beginning of the week and that by the end of the week, I was sliding….BAD.
BUT, it’s a brand new week and that means a brand new challenge- woot, woot!
This week, I want everyone to FOOD JOURNAL. Believe me, I know what a pain in the ass food journaling can be because, really, who has time to write down EVERY SINGLE MORSEL you eat who wants to be slapped in the face with the honesty of it all? I picked this for this week because I need it- I need it badly. I know that if I am holding myself accountable not only to a piece of paper, but also to ALL OF YOU, then I will think twice about all the mindless crap I put in my body in the guise of hunger and hopefully put down that second helping of Doritos (my arche-nemesis).
So yeah, we are food journaling this week. I want you to write down every single thing you eat, each and every day…include beverages. Get specific and detailed and REAL.
I will try and post a little check-in every evening so that you can let us know how you are doing.
So let me know- are you in, are you ready to food journal, are you prepared to get honest with yourself about what you truly eat on any given day?
