How did you do on the first mini-challenge? Did you get at least 64 ounces of cool, clear water in everyday for 7 days? If you did, you consumed at least 3.5 gallons of water, and your body is thanking you right now. Congratulations!!

This week’s mini-challenge is in honor of the 13.1 miles Team Shrinking Jeans ran and walked yesterday. We are challenging YOU to get moving and log 13.1 miles this week. Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to do it all in one shot. Break it up throughout the next 7 days and run, walk, skip, hike or bike – do whatever you can to get those miles in.

We’ll have a discussion set up in the Shrinking Days of Summer Challenge group on the ‘hood for everyone to check-in on this week!
