So, this isn’t going to be the typical Saturday Review. I have this little 1/2 marathon, ahem, TOMORROW and I have been on a quest to find the perfect bottoms to wear for my 3-hour-ish run/walk.
I have this awesomely cute skort from BornFit that I adore, only when I run, it rides up my thighs.
I made a quick, last-minute shopping trip to try and find some shorts to try out in hopes of finding something suitable for race day. I bought two pairs at Kohls, N.Y.L. Colorblock shorts and Nike training shorts. I hopped on the treadmill with high hopes of one of them being THE shorts that will comfortably take me across the finish line on Sunday. Instead, I was left pulling them out of my crotch and suffering from stinging thighs.
I guess I will be sticking to my long Champion bermuda workout shorts that I know won’t ride up, but I am totally bummed. I know my thighs need to shrink (a lot), but is there not something out there that is shorter, fashionable, and won’t ride up for us women with larger thighs?
