Hello ladies and gentlemen! It’s Tuesday, which means it’s True Confessions AND Tworkout day! Did you check out the True Confessions today? We had a guest confessor, and it’s awesome.
If you’re new around here, you might not know what a Tworkout out is. Well, it’s a Twitter + Workout = Tworkout. We get together on Twitter every Tuesday at 8 p.m. Central time to sweat it out while we watch our favorite shows. We try to get the Tworkout posted here in advance so if you can’t join us for the torture on Twitter, you have no excuse not to join us!
The following exercises are meant to be done during the commercial breaks, so grab a bottle of water, get your headband on, and tune in!!
- Jumping Jacks for 2 minutes. You know you love them, just make sure you pee beforehand if you have baby bladder!
- Up next is Squat and Punch for 90 seconds. Squat down and box as fast as you can. Grab some 1-3 lb. hand weights for more of a challenge.
- Let’s give those arms a break and do some High Knees for 2 minutes. Run in place and bring those knees up as high as you can.
- Back to the arms, time for a Plank Hold. Do it on your hands or down on your elbows, and hold it for 60 seconds. NO WIMPING OUT.
- Give those arms a break and hit the floor for some ab work. Freestyle some Crunches for 2 minutes. Use proper form and look at the ceiling when you come up, and remember to breathe!
- And roll back over one more time and let’s get after those arms and core. 25 Push-ups. Knees or toes makes no difference, just keep your back flat!
Now go ahead and flop down on the floor and breathe! Stretch out and drink some water. We’ll see you next week. Same time, same place.
