Grab a bottle of water, and get ready to sweat!
1. 2 mins jumping jacks, 1 min 30 sec running in place
2. 30 jump squats (Remember these? Squat down, jump up, go slow and controlled!)
3. Military style push-ups (these are with your hands right under your shoulders), as many as you can do.
4. 3 mins butt kicks, while holding weights. (You know you love me!)
5. 40 jumping lunges
6. Grab your weights, hold them like you’re going to start punching, and start rotating your trunk side to side. And let’s do that 50 times.
7. STRETCH, I mean it.
