Hey gang! It’s Tuesday, and ya’ll know what that means! It’s another Tworkout day! I’ve noticed that not many of you have been playing along here recently, and that makes me very sad. I know NONE of you want me to be sad, right? RIGHT? Good. So, I’ll see you on Twitter (on @shrinkingjeans) at 8 p.m. Central!
1. Grab your weights, cause I need you to hold your weights while you give me 3 mins of buttkicks.
2. 40 squats with tricep kickbacks.
3. Grab a towel. Roll it up, place it on the floor. Stand on the left side of your towel and jump sideways over it. Then jump sideways back. Jump side to side for 3 mins.
4. 30 side alternating side lunges with bicep curls.
5. Push-ups, as many as you can do. And while you’re at it, alternate raising your leg every 5 reps.
6. 60 second plankhold. Two of them.
Now doesn’t that just sound fun?! 😉
