Tonight’s Tworkout! | The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans


Happy Tuesday, my tweeps!  How’s your week so far?  I know you all are just so excited that it’s Tworkout day, right?! I know you are! And I know you’ll join us on Twitter tonight as we tworkout while we watch TV!! Yay!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 2 mins jumping jacks, 1 min 30 sec running in place

2. 30 jump squats (Remember these? Squat down, jump up, go slow and controlled!)

3. Military style push-ups (these are with your hands right under your shoulders), as many as you can do.

4. 3 mins butt kicks, while holding weights.

5. 40 jumping lunges

6. 50 bicycle crunches


We start at 8 p.m. Central…see ya there!!
