These past few weeks have been yo-yo hell. I get back on track and I’m down. Then I get off track, and DAMMIT I’m up. And then I get back on track and hellz to the yeah I’m down.
Well I’m hear to say that I am fully back on track. As a matter of fact, I have mentally super-glued my wheels to the damn track this time around! Wait, now they’re not going to turn right? Damn.
I’ve been more active, not in the running way (although I did run 5 miles on Saturday!), but by being outside and doing fun things. And not so fun things like hours and hours of yard work.
I plan to keep up the activity, and I’m actually on my way to the gym for a date with the treadmill and some other torture devices right now!
This week: 142.2 Loss since last week: 1.8
Next week: I WILL BE DOWN AND NOT UP.
