Down & Dirty in 30 Challenge::Check-in | The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans LLC


Get down, get down. Get down, get down. Get down, get doooowwwwn. Okay sorry, just flashing back the 70s there.

We’ve got 30 days to get DOWN and who knows, we might get a little DIRTY in the process right? I mean, I’ve already seen some trash talk on Twitter between teams! Whooooo-wheeeeee, some trash talk! You gotta do what you gotta do to keep your motivation up, right?

The ‘hood is hopping! Hopefully you’ve met some or all of you team members and gotten your group established on the ‘hood. (You saw that we announced the teams yesterday, right? RIGHT?) Remember, you can change your team name to anything you like, so get creative! Or, you can just stay with the one we gave you, but that’s not much fun.

You might be asking yourself, selfwhat do I do now? Well, you need to hop on the scale and weigh-in. Grab some of our new buttons to purdy up those sites of yours. Blog about it, and then come back here and leave your perma-link in the comments section. (If you don’t have a blog, don’t worry! Just leave a comment with your weigh-in information and anything else you’d like to share. In case you didn’t know, you can blog on the ‘hood. Check it out!) Then spread the Sisterhood love and start visiting some blogs and leaving comments!

So after you weigh-in, check-in, and spread the love; you need to get with your team, and email ([email protected]) us all your weights by tonight at 9 p.m. CT. We’ll need each persons’ weight, and the cumulative total of your team. That’s it! Easy, right?

Now on to the next bit ‘o awesome about this challenge!

  • The fabulous Christie O. will be leading our Monthly Project, and I’ll give you a hint….it has something to do with purging! Hop on over to the ‘hood and join in the discussion!
  • We’ll also be hosting a little Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred challenge, and if you’d like to get Dirty with us, we’ve set up a group on the ‘hood here!
