Goals for getting Down & Dirty in 30 | Melissa

We’ve begun a new challenge around Shrinking Jeans and it’s fast-paced and nitty-gritty! There are quite a few things I want to accomplish this 30 days.

1. Attend muscle work twice a week all month. After today. I was totally flu-ish and had a migraine all night and morning today, which completely devastated me as I had set my alarm to get to class and everything. So I guess my goal now would be to make the remaining classes?

2. Lose weight. Duh. I need to focus on tracking, tracking, and tracking.

3. Cut down on the candy. I think I have a sugar addiction happening here.

4. RUN! My running (slogging, wogging, ralking, whatever you may call it) has been extremely scarce since my 1/2 marathon. Yes, that was in early June.

5. Beat this depression.
