Man, oh MAN, what a tworkout we had last week! I mean, you guys just rocked it last week! I had so much fun, and I hope you did too! Tonight’s Tworkout:
1.) 3 mins high knees (and I want those knees HIGH!)
2.) 35 squats with tricep kickbacks
3.) Push-ups, as many as you can do!
4.) 2 mins jump rope, 1 min buttkicks (with weights)
5.) Wall sit, hold it for as long at you can! (Man, I love this exercise.)
6.) Reverse crunches, as many as you can do!
7.) STRETCH!
