Who’s excited?!  I know I am!  It’s TV Tuesday, and you know what that means.  Yep.  We’re tworking out!  Join us over on Twitter at 8 p.m. central for a buttkicking good time!

1.  Jump rope, 3 mins. (Let’s pretend we have ropes, mkay?)

2.  Wide Stance push-ups, as many as you can do. (Hands are slightly wider than shoulder length, feet or knees are spread wide.)

3.  Buttkicks while holding weights, 3 mins.

4.  50 (or more) bicep curls, alternate lifting knees with each curl.

5.  Wall sit!  Hold it as long as you can and try to keep your thighs parallel to the floor!

6.  40 crunches, 30 reverse crunches.

7.  STRETCH
