Happy Tuesday, folks! How is your week going so far? Have you been getting those work outs in? We all know tomorrow is check-in (weigh-in for all of you Shrinkvivors!), so you know what that means! Tonight is Tworkout™ night! We all hop onto Twitter and tworkout out while watching The Biggest Loser (or whatever show you want)! The party starts at 8 p.m. Central and is a butt-kickin’ good time!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. Run in place, 1 min; Buttkicks while holding weights, 2 mins

2. A squat hold (or two), 60 seconds

3. Chair dips, as many as you can

4. Towel jump, 2 mins, Squat jacks, 1 min

5. Side lunges with bicep curls, 40

6 A plank hold (or two), 60 seconds
