It’s been a bitch of a week. Without going into too much detail, I was in a car accident and it was bad. I am FINE. Physically I only sustained some bruises and a sore wrist. Mentally and emotionally I’m still feeling a lot of stress, but I know it will pass.
I sucked on the Physical Challenge (sorry Tribe Nero!) because, really, I didn’t have any business out logging miles this week. I did get almost 2, so at least it’s not a 0. On the non-physical challenge, I didn’t do well either. I kept a mental journal, yo! Also, I did quite a bit of stress/comfort eating.
Surprisingly enough, I had a loss this week.
A 2 pound loss (although I think that gain last week was totally bunk).
Challenge start: 139.4 Last week: 137 This week: 135
Challenge loss: 4.4
I am officially within 5 pounds of my goal weight. It feels amazing!!!
My goals this week are to get back into my running schedule. I have a 1/2 marathon to run exactly one month from TOMORROW. I also want to get back to boot camp ASAP, and will as soon as I get the all clear from the doctor!
