Still sick as a dog. What is up with this crap???
I still managed to get in 290 minutes of exercise from last Thursday though.
- Thursday: nada
- Friday: kickboxing 55 minutes and muscle work class 55 minutes
- Saturday: Beer walk/run 35 minutes
- Sunday: Nada
- Monday: muscle work class 55 minutes
- Tuesday: racquetball 90 minutes
Maybe this kickboxing stuff is what my body needed… the scale is finally MOVING! One pound last week, 2.2 pounds this week. That is freaking HUGE FOR ME, people. HUGE.
I am still craving candy all the time, but am not giving in. I had drive thru once. Journaling needs work. Water is good. ;p
