Special Edition Tworkout! – The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans LLC


Extra! Extra! Read all about it! We have a special Tworkout™ for you guys tonight!

Jared is running in the ING NYC Marathon THIS SUNDAY! And we’re going to help cheer him on in his last week of preparation during this week’s Tworkout! So, join us (@shrinkingjeans) and @SubwayFreshBuzz over on Twitter at 8 p.m. Central for a kick arse good time (and yes, there will be some prizes thrown in!)

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 1 min buttkicks (while holding weights), 1 min jumping jacks, 1 min towel jump.

2. Walking lunges, 30 seconds (add weights if you can), FOCUS ON FORM!

3. Chair dips, as many as you can!

4. 10 Burpees

5. Squat hold, 30 seconds, then drop and give me 20 push-ups!

6. 5 Burpees (PS. LOTS of burpees were Christy’s request! You’re welcome!)
